Shipping policy

 


MBNOOR is an international marketplace operated by MAX NOOR HUB FZCO, 
with registered office in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

Order management and logistics operations are currently handled from Italy.

All shipments are dispatched from Italy via selected express couriers (DHL or partners).

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times by destination:

Italy: 1–3 business days
European Union: 2–3 business days
Non-EU countries: 3–5 business days
Rest of the world: 3–7 business days

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.
