Refund policy

 

 

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • be unused and in perfect condition (except for fitting);
  • have original tags intact;
  • be returned in their original packaging;
  • footwear must not have been worn.

Return procedure:

  • Send a return request to hello@mbnoor.com specifying the items and reason;
  • Wait for return authorization;
  • Our customer service will arrange the pickup;
  • Upon receipt, items will be inspected;
  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Return and exchange fees (by zone):

Italy: Refund 50 AED – first size exchange free of charge
Zone 1: 130 AED
Zone 2: 175 AED
Zone 3: 260 AED
Zone 4: 280 AED
Zone 5: 350 AED
Zone 6: 440 AED

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within 7–14 business days after return approval.

If a shipment is refused at customs, return shipping costs and customs charges will be borne by the customer.
