Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Request — compliant with European standards

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the last item in the order, without providing any reason. The deadline is extended if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the Returns & Cancellations link in the footer of the website — no prior contact required — or write to hello@mbnoor.com before the deadline expires.

Return and exchange costs vary by delivery zone and will be deducted from the refund or exchange:

• Italy: 50 AED – first exchange free of charge
• Zone 1: 130 AED
• Zone 2: 175 AED
• Zone 3: 260 AED
• Zone 4: 280 AED
• Zone 5: 350 AED
• Zone 6: 440 AED

The refund or exchange will be processed using the same payment method within 7–14 business days from receipt of the returned goods.

Return Conditions

Items must be intact, unused, with original tags and in their original packaging. Footwear must not have been worn.

Return Procedure

1. Access your account via the Returns & Cancellations link in the footer and select the order to return.
2. Our customer service will arrange the pickup.
3. Upon receipt, items will be inspected.
4. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

If a shipment is refused at customs, all related costs and charges will be borne by the customer
